Osteria di Passignano 055-807-1278 (our favorite high-level cuisine) at the Antinori Wine Shop in Badia a Passignano 15-20 min. drive (up to Montefiorale and over). Marcello and Milva: good friends of ours (++++) $$$1/2 La Chiusa: 0577-669-668 in Montefollonica [past Sienna] (gourmet food and wine – very pricey) at least an hour and a half driving time (+++++) $$$$$! Le Cernacchie: 055-854-7968 up our road to La Panca, turn left, on the right, 10 minutes (+++) $$1/2 Montagliari: 055-85-2014 on the road to Panzano, 15 minutes (++) $$$ Pizzaria la Cantina 055.85.40.97 Good looking, good food, reasonably priced. (+++) $$ By the way, for a quick bite of food the two pizzerias in downtown Greve and the one at the bus stop are quite good and reasonable.
